Coalition Convening
Scaling Impact
Co-Hosts: DiscoverE, National Girls Collaborative Project, and STEM Education Coalition
Our goal is big – In engineering and technology, we will create a world where everyone is welcome, and we will solve the workforce crisis.
To do this we must collaboratively scale our impact. It’s easy to say. But hard to do.
“As networks of organisations, individuals and groups seeking to play our best roles in relation to each other, anything is possible.” – Nick Stanhope
Join us and leaders from Spring Impact, an international firm helping mission-driven organizations scale up their impact sustainably by striking at the very root of the problem, for a productive day of exploring opportunities to align our work and accelerate our progress.
Meeting Objectives:
- Inspire hope and momentum by sharing examples of organizations who have achieved impact at scale through movement building and systems change scale pathways.
- Engage coalition members in discussions that create a common understanding of how to achieve impact at scale.
- Foster key scaling mindsets including “never scale alone” and “collaboration by default”.
- Identify aspects of existing systems that create barriers to achieving impact and discuss solutions that we as a coalition can invest in.
